How do I Pay for Services?
Kids Therapy Made Simple currently offers in-house billing options for clients that wish to use their insurance to pay for their child’s services. We offer insurance billing for In-Network providers only. Currently, Kids Therapy Made Simple is contracted as an In-Network Provider for Blue Shield of California. To verify your insurance benefit, please complete KTMS Insurance Intake Form.
Kids Therapy Made Simple offers several options to families to ensure that every child is able to receive the help they need. All payments are due at the time of service. We accept credit cards (Visa, Master Card, and American Express), checks or cash.
You are individually responsible to pay Kids Therapy Made Simple any co-pay, co-insurance or deductible payment if you are using your In-Network insurance to pay for services. If your insurance company denies coverage or payment for the services provided, you are responsible for the full amount due.
If Kids Therapy Made Simple is not an In-Network provider for your insurance plan, you are billed directly at the time of services and are responsible for all charges. Should you choose to pay privately for services, Kids Therapy Made Simple will be happy to provide you with a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Kids Therapy Made Simple is contracted as a vendor with the Westside Regional Center and the Frank D. Lanterman Regional Center to provide Early Start Specialized Services in Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Therapy and Physical Therapy.
